Which one to choose

SquareSpace is beginner-friendly with in-house tools, while WordPress requires manual setups and runs on plugins, adding more functionalities or features to your website. Keep in mind that you don’t have to be tech-savvy to work on WordPress, but it helps if you are independent learning.

Choose based on your site’s purpose and desired options. Here are some pros and cons to help you decide.

step by step

How it works

Everything starts with a talk!

After our first talk, if I feel my work fits your needs, you will receive a quotation proposal.

Questionnaire + Templates

Quotation approved, you receive a questionnaire and a list of templates. These templates will help you visually understand what you want for your website. Also, we schedule our first official talk, where you share more about your needs and expectations.

Send files

Time for you to send all the content, images, and/or icons. Important! I don’t create content and don’t take specific photos, but I can create icons and provide general photos. We will talk about these in our first meeting.

PRE-Approval

This is not the final approval! It’s a first layout to check if the concept and structure are aligned with your needs and expectations. If not, we start over based on your feedback.

Correction round

We address any errors that may have occurred during the layout process and make corrections to both layout and textual errors. It’s crucial to carefully review and correct your manuscript before it is delivered.

final approval

We did it! We are almost there. Now, it’s time for some work inside your website; the work you don’t see but that makes your site run smoothly.

working inside

Now, I transfer the website to your domain and choose hosting. Prepare everything to hang over the website for you.

Done!

Your website is ready to be shown to the world. You can always return to me in the first month at no charge if you find something that is not working right or for adjustments we didn’t notice earlier.

1 Our hosting is set up through Hostinger.
