To be eligible for a refund, the artwork must be in its original condition, free from any damage or alterations.
Return requests must happen within 15 days from the delivery date.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned art.
- Commissioned or custom-made artworks are non-refundable once the creation process has commenced.
- Sale items are not refundable. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
